Upon receiving GDPR requests from Shopify as initiated by the end-customer, Champ will notify you (the merchant) of any required actions on your part.
Easy Data Access
User data is always accessible. You can always remove or export copies of user data from the application’s dashboard in a granular manner.

Proper Handling of Data Backups
Champ backs up its data hourly and backed up data is retained for a maximum of 30 days. Data that is older than 30 days is wiped clean so that data requests (which must be responded within 30 days) will always be in compliance of regulatory requirements.
