Champ is a modern forum that lives inside your Shopify store. Instead of hosting a forum on a separate domain (eg. forum.yourstore.com), Champ is designed to work with your existing Shopify store (eg. yourstore.com/community/champ).
We’ve designed the User Guides to help you get the most out of Champ and to understand all of its available features. We keep these guides up-to-date whenever we upgrade our feature set. If you don’t see documentation for the feature, it does not (yet) exist in Champ.
The User Guide is one of many resources for our merchants to get help when they need it as it will clearly explain how to do certain things in Champ. In some cases, we also explain our rationale for the way we designed things (in case you’re curious).
If you’re still stuck after reading the User Guide, you can post a topic on our own support forum and we’ll do our best to try and help you. If you have feedback about a particular topic we’ve written, do contact us so that we can do our best to improve the User Guide for you and other merchants.
